What is it?

Our annual Trike-a-Thon serves as the premier autumnal fundraising initiative, featuring active participation as students traverse our specialized track to rhythmic accompaniment. This event incorporates a communal luncheon and silent auction, facilitating engagement for all attendees. Through corporate sponsorships, private contributions, and a formal auction, we secure essential capital for arts curricula, faculty support, facility enhancements, and familial networking for the infant through preschool programs at Carmelo.

The Trike-a-thon operates on a model similar to a traditional walk-a-thon, utilizing tricycles, scooters and wagons for student participation. While laps are not tracked, we rely on pledges from family and friends to reach our goals.
